i purchased a 3/8th cordless 18 volt drill several years ago and was under the assumption that with the purchase i was to recieve lifetime battery replacement. i had no trouble when under warrenty but since i have been informed by service centers this is no so, this was the key to chooseing your product as i use mine on a daily basis. please advise

i have a cordles 18.0v and i need a battery charger for G0331. can i buy a charger foe 230 power and how much will coast and if you will send to spain.

Do you have life time warrantys
I bought I’m Drill about ten years ago, and I thought I got a life time warranty on it. It is a R83001 14.4 V cordless drill and it just stopped working for me. It started smoking and just stopped working.
Wondering if you could help me get it fixed?
